Lismore Designs action requests during regular business hours (9am – 5pm EST, Monday – Friday) we will respond to and/or complete your request within 12 hours, Urgent requests can be made by phoning us and if deemed urgent will be actioned straight away.
We understand that every client has different needs at different times. Your time is completely flexible and can be used each month on the support your business needs most. If you want to spend a month optimizing your SEO, you may use all your time that month on SEO optimization. If you would like to disperse it over multiple support features (within your chosen package), you can do that too.

If your website breaks and we can fix it immediately, we will fix the issue. If not, we will roll the site back to the backup we make before attempting an upgrade.
We will spend up to one (1) hour of time fixing/troubleshooting the issue – if we cannot fix the issue within that time, we will give you a time/cost estimate and let you decide if you’d like us to move forward.
